Tea Time Meditation

Drop in for some Ceremonial tea time…

Set your space:

*Exquisite music or golden silence

*Light a candle, bring close to you a sacred stone, light some incense

*Make yourself a warm cup of tea: chooser’s choice - I recommend, Oatstraw for soothing your system and building strong bones, Rose for opening your heart and inviting in more Love, Lavender for calming anxiety, chamomile for an uneasy belly, Mugwort for promoting lucid dreams, Blue Lotus for lucid living dreams, or matcha for an energy booster

*Create an intention for your tea time

*Closing your eyes, sniff the warm aroma, sip the warm liquid, allow the experience to overtake your senses and feed your body with information - what flavors do you recognize? where do you feel energy moving in your body? do you experience visions? do memories arise? sink in and be with your herb friend

*After draining your cup, give precious thanks to Mother Earth for her herbal provisions and continue on with your golden day
